O-Type Cylinder Low Liquor Ratio Fabric Sample Dyeing Apparatus
Brief introduction
This fabric sample dyeing apparatus is a double cylinder unit, enabling small scale experimentation dyeing at a low liquor ratio and at high pressure/high temperature. It uses the same parameters as bulk production machines on two different pieces of fabric in independent dyeing cylinders within the same unit.
The standard device features PLC controlled by touch screen, adjustable nozzles, semi-automatic dosing, low liquor ratio (1:4 depending on fabric construction) and choice of fabric motion (downward/upward).
Capacity
The standard apparatus consists of independent 2 cylinders. Each cylinder can dye independently, using different colors and processes simultaneously. The capacity of each cylinder ranges from 1 kg to 5 kg. The total capacity is 10 kg per unit with a recommended sample fabric weight being 3 kg per cylinder (depending on fabric construction), and dyes up to 350 gsm fabric. A single cylinder unit offer can be proposed in case of restricted budgets.
